College Game Day @ University of Houston – Saturday, Nov 19th 

Go Coogs! For the first time ever, ESPN’s College Game Day has come to the University of Houston! The sets have already been set up near Cullen Circle on campus and beginning early tomorrow morning, at 8am, you can catch some of the top college football analysts discuss the coming games. Get out and be a part of the sure to be raucous crowd! Then stick around for the University of Houston vs SMU game!

Houston Art Crawl – Saturday, Nov 19th

Get out on Saturday to experience Houston’s largest open art gallery! Artists from all over Houston put their best on display for art lovers to see in various, little-known galleries all over town.

Via Colori Street Art Festival – Sunday, Nov 20th

And if that wasn’t enough art for your artsy folks out there, Allen Parkway turns into a huge canvas for local artists this Sunday at the Via Colori Street Art Festival. Artists of all kinds take to the streets… er street and literally paint the town! Show up early to see the artists at work or show up later to walk along Allen Parkway and see their finished masterpieces.

John Lucas’ Celebrity NBA Lockout Basketball Game – Sunday, Nov 20th

Yes we are probably going to lose the entire NBA season… sad day. But because of this lockout we get access to some of the most raw and organic basketball games any of us have seen in a long time. Out-of-work NBA players across the nation are looking for games to play in and luckily for us, Houston legend, John Lucas has brought one here! Doors open at 3pm at Delmar Stadium. 27th Annual Los Magnificos Car Show and Concert – Sunday, Nov 20th

Gear heads and car enthusiasts alike have to get out to the 27th Annual Los Magnificos Car Show and Concert at Reliant Park this Sunday! The show is an annual event for the modified car scene in Houston (sadly the scene here is not as happening as it used to be…) and the sights and sounds of the show never disappoint!
