MHL officially gets smashed at the request of our readers! We stopped by this modern burger joint to see what all the hoopla was about.

After some careful planning and ordering we came to this conclusion: I likes it a lot! Smashburger’s take on the American Hamburger is unique, moist, flavorful, and downright awesome. The burgers are cooked to order and smashed and seasoned on the grill.

The ordering process is simple: choose your burger from the list or customize your own or heck why not do both. You have the option of a 1/3 LB or 1/2 LB burger. If you want a classic 1/2LB smash burger with and extra 1/2LB patty and a fried egg… go on and get that bad boy.

In addition to the burgers they offer some interesting hot dogs (smashdogs) as well. One word of warning though, the jalapenos here are pretty hot so don’t expect what you get at Whataburger; these are real jalapenos. Overall a great burger place with lots of options and flavorful meats.
